FOCUS: ORANGE COUNTY COMMUNITY NEWS : LAGUNA HILLS

The Laguna Hills City Hall will host a class on how prepare an elegant fall dinner menu to entertain family and friends Oct. 4 from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. at A Store for Cooks, 30100 Town Center Drive, Laguna Niguel.

Students will learn how to make green bean salad with lemon vinaigrette and feta, grilled filet mignon with roasted tomatoes and orange bearnaise sauce, baked mashed potatoes with Gruyere cheese and chives, and apple tartlets with a white chocolate caramel sauce. $15 with an $8 material fee due at the beginning of class.
