Eating Out for a Good Cause

A group of acclaimed chefs from across Orange County will lend their talents to raise money for the National Kidney Foundation during the 14th annual Great Chefs of Orange County event at Sutton Place Hotel in Newport Beach.

Guests at the Oct. 17 event will get to sample the signature dishes of the chefs from II Fornaio in Irvine, Antonello Ristorante in South Coast Village, Trattoria Spiga in South Coast Plaza, Black Sheep Bistro in Tustin, Sutton Place Hotel in Newport Beach, Vessia in Irvine, 230 Forest Avenue in Laguna Beach, Opah in Aliso Viejo, Tutto Mare in Newport Beach, Troquet in Costa Mesa, Aubergine in Newport Beach, The Golden Truffle in Costa Mesa, Five Feet Restaurant in Laguna Beach, Pinot Provence in Costa Mesa, Sage in Newport Beach, French 75 in Laguna Beach, Pavilion Restaurant at the Four Seasons Hotel in Newport Beach, The Hobbit in Orange, Mr. Stox Restaurant in Anaheim, Newport Bistro at the Hilton Irvine, Bistango in Irvine, and The Dining Room at the Ritz-Carlton, Laguna Niguel in Dana Point.

During the past 13 years, the event has generated more than $3 million. Proceeds from the event support patient services, public education and research programs provided by the National Kidney Foundation of Southern California.
