Sheriff’s Department Seeks 4 People Wanted on Warrants

The Ventura County Sheriff’s Department is seeking four people wanted on warrants for allegedly violating probation or for failing to appear to serve a sentence.

Jon Carl Arnold, 38, is wanted for allegedly possessing a controlled substance. Arnold was arrested last July and released pending further investigation. He did not leave a forwarding address.

Arnold is white, 6 feet, 175 pounds and has brown hair, blue eyes and tattoos of girls, skulls and flames on his arms.

Christina Breezlyn Gifford, 29, was convicted of possessing a controlled substance. She failed to turn herself in to serve her sentence, and an arrest warrant was issued.

Gifford’s last known address was 1356 S. La Luna Ave. near Ojai. She is white, 5 feet 8 and has red hair and green eyes.

Michael Joseph Riccobene, 32, allegedly violated his probation after being convicted of petty theft and being under the influence of a controlled substance.

Riccobene’s last known address was 1649 Orinda Court in Thousand Oaks, authorities said. He is white, 6 feet, 190 pounds and has brown hair, hazel eyes and two tattoos on his back.

Jamie Wayne Smith, 21, who also goes by David Campos, allegedly violated his probation after being convicted of possessing a controlled substance for sale.

His last known address was 1260 Azalea St., in Oxnard, authorities said.

Smith is Latino, 5 feet 8, 125 pounds and has black hair and brown eyes. He has several tattoos, including “Roseanna/Sylvia” on his left upper chest, a teardrop under his left eye and a girl on his back.
