Party in Ojai to Honor Tennis Coach

* The Ojai Valley Museum hosts a Pac-10 alumni party from 2 to 5 p.m. today, honoring Stanford men’s tennis coach and native Venturan Dick Gould at 130 W. Ojai Ave., Ojai. The highlight is the historical exhibit of 100 years of tennis in Ojai, including mementos from tennis stars and pictures from Ojai’s renowned tournament. The event is a jump-start for the upcoming centennial of the Ojai Valley Tennis Tournament. Proceeds go toward the Ojai 100th Tournament. Other Pac-10 tennis coaches are expected to attend. Street Fair to Assist Nonprofit Groups

* Rotary Club of Westlake Village presents its sixth annual street fair from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. today on Lakeview Canyon Road between Agoura and Watergate roads, Westlake Village. The fair features a variety of local performers, including dancers and musicians, a children’s area, arts and crafts, games, activities and food. Free. Review of Roaring ‘20s Music Planned

* Fillmore Towne Theater hosts the “Les Claseeks” group with a Roaring ‘20s music review at 7 p.m. Wednesday at 250 Central Ave. Participants are urged to dress up in 1920s clothes and watch the costumed musical group perform classics of the era. Readings to Raise Funds for Ojai Libraries

* Ojai Valley Friends and Foundation will present Ojai Shorts, a benefit for three Ojai libraries, at 8 p.m. Saturday at the Matilija School auditorium, 703 El Paso Road, Ojai. The evening features local professional actors, including Peter Bellwood, Dwier Brown, Kim Maxwell-Brown, Leigh Curran, Jim Lashly, Doug Motel, John Perry, Robin Strasser, Peter Strauss, John Diehl and Robert Krimmer in a reading of light literary selections. Beach Cleanup Planned for Earth Day

* The Ventura County chapter of the Surfrider Foundation will hold an Earth Day beach cleanup at 9 a.m. April 22 at Ormond Beach at the end of Perkins Road off Hueneme Road, Oxnard. Parking is free. Trash bags and gloves will be provided. Free. Information: 986-4289.

Tennis Tournament to Benefit Interface

* The second annual Pro Tennis Extravaganza, presented by Interface and featuring Bob and Mike Bryan, is scheduled from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. April 22 at the Spanish Hills Country Club, 999 Crestview Ave., Camarillo. The day includes breakfast, tennis demonstration, exhibition and pro clinic. Advance registration is required. Tickets are $65. 6 Gardens to Be Part of GOP Women’s Tour

* Simi Valley Republican Women Federated hosts its second annual garden tour from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. April 30 at six gardens throughout Simi Valley. The tour features ideas for people to view and implement in their own gardens, an Old West theme with authentic artifacts, a country theme, varieties of roses, vegetables and shrubs, a waterfall, angel statuary, a bridge over a koi pond, and a boutique at one home with handcrafted items and plants for sale. Big Brothers / Big Sisters to Host Golf Event

* Big Brothers / Big Sisters of Ventura will host the Technicolor Corey Pavin Golf Classic, with registration beginning at 8:30 a.m. May 1 at Las Posas Country Club, 955 Fairway Drive, Camarillo. The tournament marks the 30th anniversary of the Big Brothers / Big Sisters program of Ventura. Entry fee is $375, which includes a round of golf with a shared cart, golf clinic with Corey Pavin, breakfast, lunch, dinner, cocktail reception, videos and goodies.
