The debate over a controversial bed and breakfast zoning ordinance continues at 7 p.m. at City Hall.
The ordinance proposing to allow inns to operate within 300 feet of a hotel and 500 feet of Pacific Coast Highway has some residents concerned that if passed, it would open the floodgates toward more commercial lodging projects.
