Authorities Seek Public’s Help in Apprehending 4 Fugitives

The Ventura County Sheriff’s Department is asking the public’s help in locating four people being sought for allegedly violating probation or failing to appear in court. Arrest warrants have been issued in each case.

Fernando Barajas, 23, allegedly violated his probation on convictions for a weapons charge and assault with a deadly weapon.

His last known address was in the 700 block of Lemar Street in El Rio. He is Latino, 5 feet 9, 180 pounds and has black hair and brown eyes. He has a tattoo on his chest that says “El Rio.”

Rigoberto A. De La Cerda, 26, allegedly violated his probation on convictions for spousal battery and petty theft. Deputies said he also uses the last name of Rigo.

De La Cerda’s last known address was in the 1300 block of Edgewood Way in Oxnard. He last worked at an Oxnard flooring company. He is Latino, 5 feet 7, 130 pounds and has black hair and brown eyes. He has tattoos of the name “Squires” on his right arm and “Rayleen” on the back of his neck.

Steven Michael Coleman, 28, allegedly violated his probation on a conviction for possessing a controlled substance. His last known address was in the 100 block of Anne Avenue in Port Hueneme.

He is white, 5 feet 6, 130 pounds and has brown hair and blue eyes and a skull tattoo on his right arm.

Elisabeth Ellan Inchaurregui, 27, allegedly failed to appear in court on two charges of inflicting injury on a child. Her last known address was in the 11000 block of Citrus Street in Ventura.

Inchaurregui, whom deputies said uses the last name of Carter, is white, 5 feet 5, 130 pounds and has brown hair and brown eyes. She has the name “Jeff” tattooed on the right side of her back.

Anyone with information on these cases is asked to call Ventura County Crime Stoppers at 494-8255 or 385-8255. There is a cash reward for any information that leads to a conviction.
