EARNINGS
* Hertz Corp. said first-quarter earnings rose 15% to $56.3 million, or 52 cents a share, well beyond analyst estimates of 48 cents, as revenue grew 10% to $1.14 billion. The auto rental giant said the results include a 2-cent gain.
