* Julie Davies has been named director of strategic accounts for EOS Corp. in Camarillo. In this newly established post, Davies, based in Northern California, will oversee top name-brand and Fortune 500 customer accounts.

EOS sells miniature power supplies to original equipment manufacturers.

* Charles E. Mullett, director of advanced technology at Condor D. C. Power Supplies in Oxnard, has been elected president and director of the Power Sources Manufacturers Assn.

The association, based in Mendham, N. J., is composed of manufacturers of power sources, their suppliers, and affiliates in industry and academia.

Mullett will serve as president for two years.

* Kathy Payne, owner of Stanley Steemer franchises in Ventura and Santa Barbara, was named Woman of the Year by the company. The award is given each year to a franchise owner or co-owner who helps her business grow.

Payne owns the carpet and upholstery cleaning business with her husband, Rick.

* Cheryl Johnson has been hired as chief financial officer and Donald Greenstein is the new network operations manager at INET Interactive Network System, a subsidiary of Coyote Network Systems in Westlake Village.

Johnson comes to the company from Ernst & Young, where she was a senior manager. Greenstein was director of operations at Relay Point Inc.

INET markets international and domestic long-distance services.

* Managing partner Jerry M. Fish and the New York Life Central Coast general office have been awarded the company’s President’s, Senior Vice President’s and National Life Case Rate trophies. These awards are presented to the office with the best percentage sales increase, best agent growth and largest increase in life sales.

The Central Coast offices are in Ventura, Santa Barbara and San Luis Obispo.

* Linda Cameron of Thousand Oaks and Claire Hope of Camarillo have been honored by the U. S. Small Business Administration.

Cameron, a CPA, was recognized as an accountant advocate by the SBA’s Los Angeles district office. Hope, founder of Claire Hope Enterprises, has been named national veteran advocate for her work with former military personnel.
