Judge Named to New Courthouse Role
Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Michael J. Farrell, of Northridge, has been named to the Los Angeles County Courthouse Corp., officials announced Wednesday.
In his new post, Farrell, 61, will be responsible for acquiring courthouse properties, leasing facilities and purchasing furnishing and other related items, said Cam Currier, a spokesman for county Supervisor Mike Antonovich.
A Superior Court judge since 1986, Farrell is a graduate of Loyola Law School and a member of the California Judges Assn. He and his wife, Finley, have five children.
