Coyote Network Systems Names 3 New Executives

Coyote Network Systems in Westlake Village has named Timothy A. Atkinson as general counsel and vice president of business development, Stephen W. Ogborn as vice president of Asian operations and Sara Barrington as director of e-commerce marketing.

“Sara, Tim and Steve are representative of the bright and aggressive team we are assembling to execute our next-generation carrier strategy,” said Chief Executive James R. McCullough. “They will play a critical role in developing Coyote’s business relationships and market positioning.”

Before joining the company, Atkinson was general corporate counsel to Coyote for three years as a managing partner of the Denver office of Reinhart, Boerner, Van Deuren, Norris & Reiselbach.

From 1992 to 1999, Ogborn was director of international services with MCI International, where he was responsible for more than $700 million in annual revenue.

Since 1998, Barrington was manager for e-business strategy and a member of the executive team for strategy development at British Telecom.
