FULLERTON
The Friends of the Library will set up shop at the Fullerton Farmers Market for the next few weeks.
Library officials said they have run out of storage space for books donated by residents to the main branch of the public library.
The group’s annual Spring Used Book Sale was canceled earlier this year because of construction at the library, but contributions have continued to stack up.
Rather than being discarded to free up space, the books will be sold at the market between 4 and 8:30 p.m. Thursdays on Wilshire Avenue. The book sale has been rescheduled for Sept. 15 to 17 at the library, after remodeling is completed.
