The inaugural Balboa Island Pug Out will be from 6 to 8 p.m. on Thursday at The Barkery, 322 Marine Ave., Balboa Island. There will be pizza, pet photography, pugs for adoption, personalized treats and more. The event will benefit Little Angels Pug Rescue. Information: (949) 675-0364.
