Former Costa Mesa High School Principal Andrew Hernandez has been named to succeed Dan Brooks in the same position at Foothill High School, the Tustin Unified School District announced Tuesday. Hernandez has worked in public education for nearly 30 years, including serving as a high school administrator for the last 24 years. Brooks left Foothill High to become the principal at Los Alamitos High School.
