Registered nurse Connie Carcel will teach parents how to prevent accidents and save their child’s life with cardiopulmonary resuscitation and the Heimlich maneuver at a seminar at 10 a.m. Aug. 19 at the South Orange County Family Resource Center, 28191 Marguerite Parkway, Suite 19, Mission Viejo.
