Alpha Microsystems Changing Name to NQL

Alpha Microsystems shareholders agreed to change the Santa Ana company’s name to NQL Inc., reflecting its move to focus on providing Internet software to the global market, the company said Thursday. The change is expected to occur within 45 days. Shareholders also approved a shift in the company’s incorporation to Delaware from California.
