The success of Music on Main, a free outdoor concert sponsored by the Chamber of Commerce earlier this month, has prompted the organization to host a variety of performances every two weeks beginning Wednesday evening through Sept. 27. About 300 people, mostly residents, attended a performance by Eddie Montana’s Jazz Band in the parking lot at Main Street and Central Avenue on Aug. 2, chamber President Kim Masoner said.

The series continues this week with Justus and the Montanas performing country and western music from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. Concertgoers are encouraged to bring beach chairs. Information: (562) 799-0179.
