Aspiring young actors have until Oct. 2 to sign up to audition for a production of the musical “Bye Bye Birdie,” to be presented at The Curtis Theatre in January.

“Bye Bye Birdie” is a satirical romp that features songs like “Put on a Happy Face” and “A Lot of Livin’ to Do.”

Registration fees are $115 for Brea residents and $125 for nonresidents. Interested parties can register by mail or in person.
