Interactive TV Deal

AccelerateTV, a Santa Monica-based interactive television company, said it has agreed to be acquired by RespondTV of San Francisco. The companies are privately held and financial terms were not disclosed. Both companies are developing technology to enable consumers to make purchases via their television sets.
