LA HABRA
The Orange County chapter of Mothers Against Drunk Drivers recognized four La Habra police officers recently for their efforts to take intoxicated motorists off city streets.
Officers Dave Crivelli, John Rowe, Patrick Jenks and Cpl. Tom Dutton were commended, receiving honorary plaques and lapel pins for citing 229 motorists for driving under the influence in the last year. Crivelli was singled out, having pulled over 115 suspected drunk drivers in one year.
The officers will join others from around the county at a recognition luncheon Sept. 15.
