Orange Coast College’s School of Sailing and Seamanship will offer a four-week, noncredit course for people with intermediate sailing skills but little experience with a midsized auxiliary cruising boat. The course starts at 9 a.m. Sept. 9 at the college’s sailing center, 1801 W. Coast Highway. Classes continue Sept. 16, 23 and 30.
