Court to Release Tape
As it did the first time it heard from lawyers for George W. Bush and Al Gore, the U.S. Supreme Court will make an audiotape of Monday’s question-and-answer session available the same day.
CNN, Fox News Channel, MSNBC, CNBC, C-SPAN and National Public Radio are expected to broadcast the tape as soon as it is available, sometime after 9:30 a.m. PST. ABC, CBS and NBC played only portions of the Dec. 1 arguments and may do so again Monday.
The court will also provide a transcript of the arguments on its Web site, https://www.supremecourtus.gov.
