Power-One Names Yeates as President

Power-One Inc. in Camarillo has named William Yeates as president and chief operating officer.

Yeates will have responsibility for the day-to-day operations of Power-One’s three divisions.

Before joining Power-One, Yeates was vice president and general manager of Lucent Technologies’ Titania Power Division, headquartered in Austin, Texas.

During the last 18 months, Power-One has made two acquisitions and refocused on the communications market. The company makes products for the data communications, industrial, telecommunications, data processing, transportation and electro-medical equipment markets.
