THE SAFETY ZONE: ACTION LOG

The Times publishes a daily list of police incident reports provided by local law enforcement agencies. The Times prints items as soon as departments make them available. Because many departments release incident reports only weekly, not every community will be represented in each day’s Action Log. Authorities from the following cities released incident reports Monday:

BREA

* East Carbon Canyon Road: A grand theft was reported in the 5700 block at 11:32 a.m. Friday.

* East Imperial Highway: An assault and battery was reported in the 3100 block at 12:14 a.m. Saturday.

CYPRESS

* Katella Avenue: A grand theft was reported in the 4900 block at 12:49 p.m. Thursday.

* Camp Street: A burglary was reported in the 5700 block at 4:23 p.m. Thursday.

FOUNTAIN VALLEY

* El Arbol Avenue: Someone ransacked a home in the 9200 block at 12:48 p.m. Thursday.

* Harbor Boulevard: An auto theft was reported in the 16100 block at 2:48 p.m. Saturday.

FULLERTON

* West Houston Avenue: An auto theft was reported in the 1900 block at 4:09 p.m. Sunday.

* North Placentia Avenue: An auto theft was reported in the 1300 block at 12:27 p.m. Sunday.

LA HABRA

* West Imperial Highway: A burglary was reported in the 700 block at 12:55 p.m. Sunday.

* West Las Lomas Drive: An assault and battery was reported in the 900 block at 11:34 p.m. Sunday.

PLACENTIA

* Alta Vista Street: A burglary was reported in the 1300 block at 6:24 a.m. Sunday.

* South Kraemer Boulevard: A vehicle burglary was reported at 11:17 a.m. Thursday.

* South Melrose Avenue: Graffiti was reported in the 900 block at 9:03 a.m. Friday.

YORBA LINDA

* Avenida de Marcia: An assault and battery was reported in the 24000 block at 11:55 a.m. Thursday.

* Via Marcos: A burglary was reported in the 5100 block at 2:28 p.m. Thursday.

Authorities from the following cities did not release incident reports: Anaheim, Buena Park, Costa Mesa, Garden Grove, Huntington Beach, Irvine, Laguna Beach, La Palma, Los Alamitos, Newport Beach, Orange, Santa Ana, Seal Beach, Tustin and Westminster.

The Orange County Sheriff’s Department makes incident reports available on the web. Go to https://www.ocsd.org and click “Sheriff’s Blotter.” Incident reports are updated every few minutes and cover the following communities: Dana Point, Laguna Hills, Laguna Niguel, Laguna Woods, Lake Forst, Midway City, Mission Viejo, Rancho Santa Margarita, Rossmoor, San Clemente, San Juan Capistrano, Sunset Beach, Stanton, Villa Park.
