PLACENTIA
Wagner Elementary School will host a special Y2K Founder’s Day celebration Feb. 24, with the opening of a time capsule buried by students in 1983. Wagner is especially interested in having those students who participated in the time capsule project return to the campus for its opening. All alumni and teachers are invited to attend the celebration. The school is at 717 E. Yorba Linda Blvd. Information: (714) 996-1942.
