* PEPPERDINE (16-6, 6-1) at PORTLAND (8-12, 2-5), 7 p.m.--The Waves’ eight-game winning streak ended at Gonzaga on Thursday, 62-57. Most troubling for Pepperdine was blowing a 13-point halftime lead. The Waves have not shot well for several weeks and their woes continued, as they made only 31.8%. Portland ended a four-game losing streak with an 86-70 victory over Loyola Marymount.
