From Times Wire Reports

A small plane flying to a rural village crashed in the rugged terrain of southwestern Alaska, killing all six people aboard, authorities said. An Army National Guard helicopter crew reached the site of the crash of the Cessna 206 near Music Lake, about 250 miles southwest of Anchorage, and found the victims in the wreckage, said Alaska State Trooper spokesman Tim Despain. The Cessna 206, operated by Iliamna Air Taxi, left Saturday afternoon from Iliamna and was expected to arrive in the village of Koliganek 50 minutes later. The crash site is about halfway between the two small communities. There were five passengers and a pilot aboard the plane, Despain said.
