RANCHO SANTA MARGARITA
City staff are looking at the structure of at least seven neighboring South County cities in order to present the City Council with options for setting up the city’s infrastructure.
Interim Assistant City Manager George Wentz said staff members hope to present the different options to the council by April.
Issues under study include traffic, sanitation and other basic city services.
