United Laguna Hills Mutual co-op residents who illegally parked in spots for the handicapped accounted for one-half of the parking violations last month, said the chairman of the traffic committee.
Co-op board member Jim Marsh reported this week that seven of the 14 violations in January were for handicapped parking.
