NEWPORT BEACH
City officials will offer a two-year lease extension to the residents of the Marinapark mobile home park who were facing a March 15 eviction notice.
Deputy City Manager Dave Kiff said that the City Council agreed to the extension in a closed-session meeting last week.
The park contains 58 coaches, fewer than half of which are occupied by permanent residents.
