Plans to move the Orange County Natural History Museum from a trailer in the Aliso and Woods Canyons Wilderness Park to different facilities in other cities are being considered, said Daryl Walezak, executive director.

An exact move date has not been determined. The museum’s board of directors will know in a year or two if the move will even happen, Walezak said.

“We’re looking forward to a larger facility where we can offer quality exhibits to people in Orange County,” Walezak said.
