LAKE FOREST
The Planning Commission approved the third phase of a strip mall development near the Foothill toll road Thursday.
Commissioners accepted plans to build a Kinko’s and other retail stores in the final third of the development.
The commission has approved the first two phases of the Lake Forest Corridor Center mall, which will include fast-food restaurants, a Home Depot, a gym, a lube shop and other businesses.
