Supervisor Tom Wilson will speak Friday about Measure F at a Chamber of Commerce networking breakfast.
Residents and chamber members are welcome to attend the meeting and encouraged to bring business cards.
The meeting begins at 7:15 a.m. at the El Niguel Country Club, 23700 Club House Drive.
Call (949) 363-0136 to make a required reservation, which is due Wednesday. The cost to attend is $10 for members and $12 for nonmembers.
