A Youth in Government Day, sponsored by the Community Services and Recreation Department, will give Westminster High School seniors and juniors the opportunity to participate in a mock City Council meeting on March 14. The event, which lets students “govern” the city for a day, is also open to La Quinta and Bolsa Gande High School students. Information: (714) 895-2860.
