* Edmunds.com, a provider of automobile pricing information, reviews and related material, signed a seven-year, $8-million lease for 33,000 square feet of space at MGM Plaza, 2401 Colorado Ave. in Santa Monica. The tenant was represented by Christopher V. Bonbright and Michael Dettling of Ramsey-Shilling Co. Edmunds subleased the space from Rysher Entertainment, which was represented by Roy Longman and Matthew Miller of Cresa Partners.
* Robert H. Schwab of R&L; Properties acquired a 52,391-square-foot shopping center on 3.5 acres at Venice Boulevard and Centinela Avenue in Mar Vista for $7 million from VBL Properties, a partnership led by Steve Soboroff. Kenneth B. Dauer of Charles Dunn Co. represented the buyer. The seller was represented by Michael Heslove of Soboroff Partners.
* Craig P. Jones acquired three apartment buildings totaling 60 units at 1519 6th St., 1830 7th St. and 1544 7th St. in Santa Monica for $4.3 million from Robert and Max Bergquist. Kitty Wallace of Sperry Van Ness represented both the buyer and the sellers.
* Goldman Retail Associates, through its affiliate 8966 Reseda Associates LLC, acquired a 20,200-square-foot retail building at 8966 Reseda Blvd. in Northridge for $1.4 million from Rite Aid Corp., according to David S. Goldman, president of Goldman Retail. Goldman and Kim Sims of Goldman Retail represented both the buyer and the seller.
