Negotiations over teachers’ salaries continued Tuesday between the Santa Ana Unified School District and the Santa Ana Educators Assn. Little progress was made, according to association officials, who say that it is difficult to attract and retain teachers. The groups will meet again Friday and Monday. Teachers in the district have been working without a salary increase since July.
