CYPRESS
The city’s Cable Television and Technology Commission is presenting a video production contest for students in grades one through 12. Entries will be accepted Feb. 1 through March 31. Contest winners will be selected in four grade categories; first through third, fourth through sixth, seventh and eighth and ninth through 12th.
All facets of video production, including writing, filming and editing, must be done by the students themselves. Group or individual projects are accepted.
Projects must be limited to 10 minutes and should be given to John Olson, video production coordinator, at the Cypress Civic Center, 5275 Orange Ave.
Winning entries will be shown on Cypress Cable Channel 36.
