TUSTIN
The City Council will discuss Measure F, or the Safe and Healthy Communities Initiative, during Monday’s meeting.
The measure would require approval by two-thirds of voters countywide before airports, large jails near homes and hazardous-waste landfills could be built.
Proponents and opponents of the measure will each receive 30 minutes to speak on the issue.
The meeting will take place at 7 p.m. at 300 Centennial Way.
