The City Council approved changes to an improvement project along Euclid Street, including adding a raised median; widening intersections at Talbert, Warner and Edinger avenues; modifying traffic signals at the same intersections; and installing a traffic signal at the Euclid Street and Southpark Avenue. The cost of the changes will add another $15,361 to the project, which began last year.
