Color Is Periwinkle, but Brown Is in Fashion

Kudos to former Angel president Richard Brown for having the guts to tell it like it is: The emperor has no clothes. If Angel General Manager Bill Stoneman thinks he can sit around all winter with his feet up on his desk, doing nothing to improve the team’s pitching, and then expect to be competitive, he’s crazy. Look around, Mr. Stoneman. The competition is taking steps to improve themselves. If you don’t, the Angels will have an even tighter lock on last place. Or is it just that the Disney organization doesn’t care, because they’re going to sell the team, anyway?
