YORBA LINDA
The Yorba Linda Community Center brought in $196,093 for the city in 1999, according to a report that city officials released this week.
The city also tabulated about 163,480 visits to the center during the year. Officials said the community center revenue helped cover 38% of operating costs based on its $512,400 annual budget.
A survey that compared the center’s fees and rates also showed that the city’s rates are comparable with other Orange County cities such as La Habra, Garden Grove and Costa Mesa. There will be no change in the fee structure for this year, officials said.
