Standard Pacific Raises Dividend

Costa Mesa home builder Standard Pacific Corp. said Thursday that it has raised its quarterly cash dividend 60% to 8 cents a share from 5 cents. The dividend is payable Feb. 25 to shareholders of record on Feb. 11.
