The Actor’s Life
It comes as no surprise that Leonardo DiCaprio has never been to acting school (“In Pursuit of Paradise,” by Sean Mitchell, Jan. 23). He can’t act . . . and seems to have no interest in learning how. What he can do is project a kind of bruised, self-involved, sexually ambivalent Valley boy narcissism.
It will work for a while. Just ask Brad Pitt.
