City Council members are expected to vote on the city’s proposed $29.1-million budget Wednesday.
The total proposed budget includes $10.5 million in capital improvement projects. Some of those include $2.1 million to build a sound wall as part of the Street of the Golden Lantern project, $990,000 for annual street resurfacing and $506,000 to supplement the cost of the sports fields at George White Elementary School.
The council will meet at 7 p.m. in council chambers at City Hall, 27841 La Paz Road.
