LAGUNA BEACH
The Laguna Beach County Water District has named the land next to the North Reservoir as the Thomas A. Cummings Coastal Wilderness Park Access Point.
A plaque will be placed at the park’s entrance on Dartmoor Street.
Cummings was one of the original members of the water district, which incorporated in 1925. He served from 1925 to 1944.
