WESTMINSTER
A moratorium on permits for telecommunications antennas was extended by the City Council at its meeting Wednesday. City officials will not grant permits until an ordinance on cellular antennas that is being drafted by the city attorney is in place. Council members are concerned about a proliferation of installation requests without having guidelines.
