An anonymous donor has given $1 million for the design and renovation of Casa Romantica, former home to the city’s founder, Ole Hanson, which is being converted into a cultural arts and education center.
The city’s Redevelopment Agency, which consists of the five City Council members, will consider the terms of accepting the donation at its meeting Wednesday in conjunction with the City Council meeting.
