Fashion Center Announces Several New Lessees

Northridge Fashion Center has reported new leasings of 50,000 square feet, for venues including Beyond The Beach, A Bear Is Born, and Banana Republic that opened in May.

The mall also said Wood Ranch BBQ & Grill, Sushi Factory, and Cost Plus World Market are scheduled to open in December.

Northridge Fashion Center is owned by General Growth Properties Inc., a real estate trust.
