* Theater--The Santa Barbara Actors Theatre will open the dramatic comedy “I Am a Camera” Friday at Center Stage Theatre. The three-act production stars actress Vivien Minton. * Collaboration--Roy Rogers and Shana Morrison will make a tour stop Saturday at the Lobero Theatre to perform works from their recently released recording, “Everybody’s Angel.” Rogers is a renowned slide guitarist, and Morrison, the daughter of Van Morrison, is earning kudos for her songwriting prowess. * Homage--The Santa Barbara Blues Society will celebrate the life and music of legendary blues singer-guitarist Lowell Fulson on Saturday at Victoria Hall. The bill will include Fulson protege Finis Tasby and his band, plus guest artist Smokey Wilson. Fulson, who died last year in Los Angeles at age 77, was instrumental in the early careers of Ray Charles and B.B. King. He was inducted into the Blues Hall of Fame in 1993. * Bells--The UC Santa Barbara department of music will hold an installment of its “Carillon Music for Summer Evenings” Sunday on campus outdoors at Storke Tower. Ann Rothfarb will perform Corelli’s “Sonata for Violin and Continuo” and Diemer’s “Bellsong,” among others. Picnicking is encouraged. Show time: 6:30 p.m. Free. 893-3230.
