Beach Study
* Rather than the $800,000 going toward data in a UC study of how people use beaches in Orange and Los Angeles counties, I already have the answers:
The public wants safe, clean, uncrowded, easy-to-park-at beaches. The best way to spend the money is to do research on how to stop these ridiculous studies that are being paid for by our tax dollars.
