AsSeenIn.com Names COO

* Robert Sigman has been named president and chief operating officer of AsSeenIn.com, an entertainment/retail Web site. He previously was president and chief executive of Republic Entertainment, a division of Spelling Entertainment Group.

* David O’Neill was promoted to vice president of national sales for Teligent, which sells high-speed Internet services to small businesses in Los Angeles and 40 other cities. O’Neill was formerly vice president of sales for Teligent’s Western region.

* Michael Lansbury has been named executive vice president of programming and new business for 3Minute Network, a Beverly Hills-based division of Orbital Intermedia Corp., which produces short video segments for company Web sites. He left USA Networks, where he was a senior executive producer.

* Howard Heitner has been tapped senior managing director at SunAmerica Inc.’s affordable-housing business and real estate unit. Heitner left the law firm O’Melveny & Myers, where he was a partner in the real estate department.

* Brian Casentini was promoted to vice president, current programming, for Fox Family Channel and Fox Kids Network. He was formerly director, programming and development, for Fox Family Channel.

* Adrian Stern has been named chief operating officer of On the Scene Productions, a distributor of video news releases and electronic press kits for entertainment companies. Stern, who has been a consultant to the company since 1995, will continue to work for the accounting firm he founded in 1987.
